Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, MO seeks a Neonatal Nutrition Aide to support neonatal and infant feeding with accuracy and care. You will deliver feeds to patient care areas and ensure milk storage standards are met while coordinating with the neonatal ICU team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong reading/writing/math skills, and excellent communication. Training and benefits are provided, with a 30-hour weekly day shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university preferred, especially with nutrition/dietetics interest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver neonatal and infant feedings.
• Ensure milk storage standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with patient care areas and team.
• Follow all regulatory standards related to position.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care team.
