Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Nutrition Services staff member to prepare and deliver neonatal and infant feedings in a professional, efficient manner. You will support qualified milk storage and ensure regulatory standards are met while coordinating with the healthcare team.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preferred Bachelor's degree in nutrition/dietetics, and experience in food and nutrition services. Strong communication and independent work ethic are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and nutrition services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver neonatal and infant feedings.

Job Description: Responsible for the preparation and delivery of neonatal and infant feedings in a professional and efficient manner. Provides appropriate feedings to patient care areas and assures milk storage standards are met. Requires excellent communication and customer service skills. Performs essential job functions independently, with minimal supervision per established parameters. Adheres to all regulatory standards related to the position. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, with a positive attitude to accomplish job duties in an effective manner. Work collaboratively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university, prefer education and interest in nutrition and dietetics

Experience

• Preferred: Experience in food and nutrition services
