Job summary

Qualifications
- Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) licensure in Michigan.
- National certification from ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive clinical care to critically ill neonates, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based management of complex conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform advanced clinical procedures and interventions within scope of NNP practice.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and communicate outcomes with families and care team.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in neonatal care.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
