Henry Ford Health in Detroit seeks a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the St. John Children's Hospital NICU.

You will deliver comprehensive Level III neonatal care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and participate in deliveries with immediate neonatal support. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from a CCNE or NLNAC-accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Michigan state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (or proof of application in progress).
• National Board NNP Certification, ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications.
• DEA License required for PAs; NPs provide Michigan license number during credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level III neonatal care in a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform bedside procedures and clinical assessments.
• Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal support.
• Provide oversight and management of critically ill neonates.
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams.

Schedule

Full-time, 36 hours/week | Rotating days, nights, weekends, and Sundays through Saturdays

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications**

• Master's degree in Nursing from a CCNE or NLNAC-accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Michigan state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (or proof of application in progress)
• National Board NNP Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Federal DEA License (for PAs only; NPs will provide Michigan license number during credentialing)

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Prior neonatal nursing experience
• Experience in a Level III NICU setting
