Henrico Doctors’ Hospital is launching a new Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program in a 40-bed Level III NICU, seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join and help build the team.

You will join a collaborative group of Neonatologists focusing on innovation, excellence, and family-centered care in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master’s degree
• VA license required

Responsibilities

• Help shape the NICU NNP program from the ground up.
• Provide Neonatal care in a Level III NICU alongside Neonatologists.
• Collaborate with families to ensure family-centered care and innovation.
