Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) for per diem coverage near Salt Lake City, Utah. The role involves 24-hour shifts with 8 hours of rounding starting at 7am and on-call duties for the remainder of the shift.

Coverage spans three NICU sites, with neonatal consult support available from Neonatologists. Required are a Master’s Degree, active Utah license (or ability to obtain), and a current APRN National Specialty Certification, along with a minimum of 1 year of

• Current APRN National Specialty Certification.
• Active UT license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as NNP in hospital setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide 24-hour on-site coverage with rounding for 8 hours starting at 7am and on-call for remainder of shift.
• Collaborate with Neonatologists and NICUs across three sites: Ogden Regional Medical Center, Davis Hospital, and Lakeview Hospital.
• Deliver high-quality neonatal patient care in Level II/III NICU environments.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain credentialing and certifications.

• Coverage within (3) worksites: Ogden Regional Medical Center - Level III NICU (ADC 17), Davis Hospital and Medical Center - Level III NICU (ADC 8-10) and Lakeview Hospital - Level II NICU
• Neonatologist support available for back up
• Current APRN National Specialty Certification
• Minimum of a Master’s Degree

Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. This position is W-2.
