Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Opportunity in Midland, TX

Midland Memorial Hospital, in partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our program, recognized as a top workplace.

Responsibilities

Our Neonatologists and NNPs work collaboratively to deliver exceptional care in a Level II NICU, with future plans to develop into Level III.

  • 18 beds, Level II NICU
  • Average 2,300 deliveries annually
  • Average daily census of 11
  • On‑site NNP 24/7
  • Physician provides in‑house coverage during the day and on call from home
  • Current Level II NICU with plans to become Level III early 2026

Benefits and Compensation

Pediatrix covers travel expenses (round‑trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those residing outside a commutable distance. Malpractice insurance is covered for this W‑2 per diem position.
