Midland Memorial Hospital has maintained its pledge to deliver quality healthcare to Midland County and the surrounding region for over 60 years. Our Neonatologists and NNPs work collaboratively to provide exceptional care in the hospital’s NICU.

In partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group, Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our program, recognized as one of the best places to work by Modern Healthcare in 2023 & 2024.

• Average 2300 deliveries annually
• Average daily census of 11
• NNP in-house 24/7
• Physician provides in-house coverage during the day, call from home
• Current level II NICU with plans to develop into level III early 2026

Minimum Requirements:

• TX medical license or active IMLC license, preferred
• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master’s degree and 1 year post-grad clinical experience
• Recent NNP experience within the past 12 months

Pediatrix covers travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those outside a commutable distance and also covers malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
