Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our South Florida NICU team, per diem at Mercy Hospital and Nicklaus Children's Hospital. This role supports a Level III NICU with 12-hour day shifts and close collaboration with neonatologists and hospitalists.

Qualified applicants will hold a Florida APRN license with national specialty certification, a master's degree, and recent NICU experience.

Qualifications

• Per diem NNP with current Florida license and board certification.
• Recent NICU experience in neonatology.
• APRN national specialty certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 12-hour daytime shifts in the NICU at Mercy Hospital and Nicklaus Children's Hospital.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and NICU team to deliver high-quality care.

• Mercy Hospital has a 25-bed Level III NICU with an expanding average daily census
