Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP),Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), orPediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our dynamic team atWellington Regional Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to support both ourNewborn Nursery and expandingLevel III NICU, while enjoying the lifestyle and amenities of one of South Florida’s most desirable communities.

Your Role at a Glance

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends
• Staffing Model:
  • 4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage
  • 2.3 mid-level providers covering NICU during the day
  • 1.5 mid-level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hours
• Responsibilities:
  • Care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery
  • Attend high-risk deliveries
  • Oversee daily responsibilities in the nursery
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care
