Job summary

Society of Critical Care Medicine in Worcester, MA seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for locum tenens support in a 24/7 inpatient NICU. Start ASAP with Massachusetts licensure required and board certification in neonatology or critical care.

Schedule is onsite: weekdays 5:00 PM–8:00 AM and weekends 7:00 AM–7:00 AM; no call. 90-day credentialing timeframe; PALS required; prior NICU experience essential; compensation $97.00–$105.00 per hour with malpractice

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in the inpatient NICU as Neonatal NP/PA.

• Collaborate with NICU team to deliver continuous patient care.

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP)

StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $97.00 - $105.00

This facility is seeking a neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 5:00 PM–8:00 AM onsite; weekends 7:00 AM–7:00 AM onsite; no call; ongoing starting as soon as possible

Practice Setting: Inpatient neonatal intensive care unit

Scope: Neonatology or critical care nurse practitioner

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days

State Licensure: Massachusetts license required

Requirements: Board-certified nurse practitioner in neonatology or critical care, active Massachusetts license, Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification, neonatal intensive care unit experience.
