Job summary

Legacy Health is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative team in the Level III/IV NICUs. The role includes clinical management of high-risk neonates and daily rounding, with telemedicine support for Level I nurseries across the system.

This position supports a family-integrated care model, with flexible scheduling options and a self-scheduling approach to ensure 24/7 coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• RN license required in applicable state(s).
• National Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Neonatologists and subspecialists to guide care of neonates and infants.
• Support nursing staff and lead educational initiatives within the NICU.
• Attend deliveries in person and via telehealth to provide high-level neonatal care.
• Oversee discharge planning and family-integrated care in the NICU.
