Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced care for high-risk newborns in the NICU LEVEL II at Regions Hospital. This role involves coordination of patient care, diagnostic procedures, and participation in staff education and outreach programs. The NNP will manage 24/7 care responsibilities, ensuring continuity and quality in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in nursing, a current Minnesota nursing license, and relevant Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification, along with demonstrated experience in a Level III NICU.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Current license to practice nursing in Minnesota.
• Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner through NCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for neonates in NICU LEVEL II.
• Manage diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and monitor infant care.
