Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic neonatal conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; coordinate care.
• Order and interpret diagnostics; prescribe therapies per protocols.
• Lead and participate in neonatal resuscitations in NICU and delivery.
• Document outcomes and adjust plans; educate families and staff.
