Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree preferred.
• National NP certification and prescriptive authority in Ohio.
• ACLS or PALS may be required depending on practice setting.
• New graduates are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Performs health assessments and physical exams.
• Develops a diagnosis by analyzing and synthesizing data.
• Orders and interprets tests to assess health needs.
• Provides advanced nursing care to neonatal patients.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Participates in rounds and discharge planning.
• Develops patient education plans.
• Ensures quality care with FPPE/OPPE processes.

Education

Master's or Doctoral Degree preferred

National NP certification

License to prescribe in Ohio
