Job summary

Spencer Britt is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join the region's only Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Medford, Oregon. This role supports a dedicated NICU transport program serving nine referring hospitals.

You will participate in a collaborative physician-APP practice model with 24/7 coverage, flexible 12- or 24-hour shifts for NNPs, and multidisciplinary rounds with pharmacy, dietary, MD, NNP and RN teams at the bedside, including family involvement.

Job description

Seeking NNP to join the region's only Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), providing advanced neonatal care through a dedicated neonatal transport program that supports nine referring hospitals across the service area. The NICU cares for approximately 350 babies annually and has capacity for up to 32 patients.

• Collaborative physician-APP practice model
• Flexible scheduling for NNPs - could be 12 or 24 hour shifts. MDs are 8-10 hours per day with call as backup to NNP
• Multidisciplinary rounds including pharmacy, dietary, MD, NNP and RN’s at the bedside with family. Additional disciplines join depending on care.
• 24/7 coverage model

The patient population offers an attractive blend of neonatal medicine:
