Tenet Healthcare's St. Joseph's Hospital in Tucson is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated team delivering specialized newborn care and family support.

This full-time role offers collaboration with neonatologists and clinicians, with a 2-2:30pm-8-8:30am shift, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and CME allowance, plus malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner.
• Must be currently licensed and certified to practice in state of Arizona; RNP license.
• Employment practices compliant with Tenet policies and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Tenet Physician Resources mission and policies.
• Obtains health history and performs comprehensive physical assessment.
• Orders medications and provides appropriate care plans.
• Supports nursing staff and participates in clinical meetings.
• Ensures documentation per policy and standards.
