Pediatrix Medical Group, in partnership with Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, is launching a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program in a 40-bed Level III NICU in Richmond, VA. We seek NNPs who want to help build this team from the ground up and deliver family-centered care.

• Current APRN national specialty certification required.
• Minimum of a master’s degree in nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Help build and shape a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program in a Level III NICU.
• Provide neonatal patient care within a high-acuity NICU and collaborate with neonatologists and hospital teams.
