Introduction

Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding NNP to join our growing practice at MemorialHermannTheWoodlands.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced or new graduate NNP to join a very stable and cohesive group of NNPs and Neonatologists. NNPs are an active part of all aspects of caring for the full range of complex neonatal diagnoses. Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.

Additional clinical responsibilities include:

• Providing care in a 36‑bed, LevelIII NICU with an average daily census of 25 and over 5,000 deliveries per year.
• Managing flexible scheduling with 10‑ and 24‑hour shifts.
• Administering ventilation therapies including iNO, conventional ventilation, HFOV and HFJV.
• Collaborating with a full complement of pediatric subspecialists (endocrinology, GI, ENT, pediatric cardiology, ophthalmology and pediatric orthopedic surgery).
• Participating in a research program involved in multiple active clinical trials and multi‑site collaborations.
