Practice Highlights

• Level III NICU with 30 private rooms
• Average daily census of 25 NICU patients
• Approximately 4,500 annual deliveries
• Attend high-risk deliveries and provide coverage in a 30-bed well-baby nursery
• 24-hour shifts, averaging 7-8 shifts per month for excellent work-life balance
• Collaborative team of 4 neonatologists and 4 NNPs
• On-site MFM support, pediatric surgeons, and multiple pediatric subspecialties affiliated with Nemours
