Job summary

Palm Careers is seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a premier NICU near Brentwood, CA. These full-time locum roles offer 1099 compensation and the flexibility to travel, with shifts of 12s or 24s and a 144-hour block schedule.

Work with an outstanding Neonatology team in a Level III NICU, caring for newborns up to 25 months old and enjoying the lifestyle flexibility designed for providers who value balance and top-tier patient care.

Qualifications

• Neonatal intensive care experience required or strongly preferred.
• Locum tenens experience is a plus and willingness to travel.
• Current trajectory toward CA licensure or current eligibility to practice in California.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal patient care in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with the neonatology team on care plans and rounds.
• Cover 12- or 24-hour shifts; travel to assignment as needed.

We are hiring experience Neonatal Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to come join an amazing group of Neonatologist located near Brentwood, CA. These are full time roles that come with 1099 Compensation from the group!! So you get the best of all worlds, work with a fabulous team and get to maximize those tax deductions in the state of California! Additionally, you do not even need to live in California, you just fly in and out for your shifts!

Unit: Level III NICU

Census: Summer 10-14, Winter 18-20

No ECMO in this program and up to 25 months old babies.

Shifts: 12s or 24s!! Will block shifts together! Full Time 144 hours!
