Qualifikationen

• Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents daily patient care.
• Develops and revises care plans based on nursing diagnoses.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Delivers culturally congruent and specialty-appropriate nursing care.
• Provides patient/family instruction and health promotion.
• Plans and prioritizes patient care activities and coordinates with the care team.
• Maintains safety and continuity of care with effective hand-offs and rounds.
