Southwest General in Ohio is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time position. Candidates must have neonatal APP experience with a minimum of 2 years in a level 3-4 NICU preferred.

The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver high-quality neonatal care, adhering to hospital bylaws and care protocols while supporting patient access and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited PA program.
• MSN in Nursing is required.
• 1+ years as a Physician Assistant.

Responsabilités

• Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers.
• Initiates and maintains positive relationships with coworkers.
• Performs patient assessment and assigns diagnosis based on data and current research.
• Establishes plan of care and implements interventions per care paths and standards.
• Collaborates with other healthcare providers in an interdisciplinary team.
• Contributes to educational development of staff, patients, family and self.
