Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking experienced or new graduate Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join a Level IV Neonatology team involved in high-risk deliveries, procedures, and patient management.

You will attend high-risk deliveries, perform procedures, and collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care. The role offers opportunities as an NRP instructor, teaching and research activities, and supportive teamwork with flexible shifts supporting both resident-led and

Qualifications

• Neonatal care experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Attend high-risk deliveries and perform procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, arterial lines, PICCs, and ventilator management.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Possibly serve as an NRP instructor and support teaching/research activities.
• Provide coverage for up to 20 patients on the resident-led team and 16 on the NNP-led team.
• Utilize flexible shifts with team self-scheduling (day and night hours).
• Assist with charting and documentation; attending physicians write daily notes.
