Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join the Dearborn NICU team. You will work with neonatologists and neonatal APPs, attend high-risk deliveries, and participate in 24/7 patient management with 12- and 24-hour shifts.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat neonatal patients under physician supervision, write prescriptions, and contribute to clinical trials eligibility discussions as needed. Relocation support is available and benefits are comprehensive.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing with Neonatal specialization from an accredited institution.
• 1–3 years' experience as an NP in a Neonatal setting, preferred.
• State of Michigan Nurse Practitioner license required
• AHA/ARC BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical and psychosocial status of patients.
• Collaborate with physicians to formulate treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and manage post-discharge care.
• Participate in daily rounds and ensure high-quality care.
• Provide on-call coverage and triage patients as needed.
• Maintain patient records and communicate with care teams.
