Job summary

Prisma Health in Richland Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care unit is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for night shift. Provides clinical direction for patient care in acute inpatient settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborating with the healthcare team.

The role requires an RN license, about 1 year of nursing experience, and adherence to policy, safety, and quality improvement standards. Weekend/holiday/on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

Education - Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to assigned patients within the nursing plan.
Collects data and completes nursing assessments.
Develops and updates individual patient care plans in collaboration with the care team.
Ensures patient safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
