Job summary

Transport RN in Round Rock, TX joins an NICU transport team providing bedside neonatal care during ground and air transports. You’ll support high-risk deliveries, stabilize patients, and coordinate transfers within Baylor Scott & White NICU network while collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and care teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Round Rock NICU team and attend high-risk deliveries.
• Provide specialized neonatal care during ground and air transport missions.
• Coordinate the safe transport of neonatal patients into the Baylor Scott & White NICU network.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care in a fast-paced, specialized environment.
