Westchester Medical Center seeks a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for NICU to deliver comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with a physician. You will conduct examinations, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and educate families on infant health and preventive care.

The role requires NYS NP certification with prescriptive privileges and an RN license, with an expectation of working under nursing administration and guiding nursing staff as needed.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited Master of Nursing Program.
• Current NYS RN license and registration.
• Current NYS Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification with prescriptive privileges required at appointment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide neonatal/infant primary care including examinations and diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, preventive care, and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and provide supervision/guidance to nursing staff as needed.
