Job summary

Northbay Health in Fairfield, CA seeks a Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to provide safe, effective nursing care in line with our care models and professional practice standards.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for neonates, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and support families through high-risk deliveries and transports. California RN license and NICU experience preferred; BSN strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN acute care or six months same day surgical experience.
• One year NICU RN experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrates advanced newborn assessment, neonatal resuscitation, and newborn care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist provider at high-risk deliveries.
• Support neonatal transport operations.
• Provide care per CCR and Northbay nursing standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families to promote health.
