AHMC Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in California.

You will provide expert clinical direction and critical care to vulnerable neonates and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure family-centered, high-quality care in compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, strong communication, leadership, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement and patient

Competenze

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Licensure: Current and unrestricted RN license in California.
• Experience: At least 1 year of acute care experience.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive initial nursing assessments upon admission and ongoing reassessments.
• Develop, document, and revise individualized plans of care at least every 24 hours.
• Identify potential emergencies in neonates and initiate timely interventions.
• Document nursing interventions and clinical outcomes per standards of practice.
