Job summary

Blessing Health System in Quincy, Illinois seeks an experienced RN to join the Level II Nursery Obstetrics team. The RN will provide specialized, family-centered care to newborns requiring intermediate level care and collaborate with pediatricians and ancillary staff.

Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, respiratory support, IV therapy, phototherapy, thermoregulation, feeding support, and guiding families through the delivery and recovery process while maintaining evidence-based

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN School of Nursing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for newborns in a Level II nursery.
• Provide respiratory support, IV therapy, phototherapy, and infection management.
• Support thermoregulation, feeding, and family education; ensure safety and comfort.
• Lead nursing care within the team and collaborate with pediatricians and staff.
• Deliver care across age ranges from neonates to older children as required.
