Job summary

Equiliem supports Women & Infants Hospital NICU by seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for weeknights and weekends, 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts. This flex position concentrates on high-acuity neonates in a Level II/III NICU; fast-track consideration applies for strong candidates. Requirements include active RI RN license (compact eligible), BLS, NRP; STABLE preferred.

Vaccinations: flu and COVID-19 are required. Start 11/02/2026 and end 01/02/2027 with no extension.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (RI) or compact
• BLS certification (AHA)
• NRP certification required
• STABLE certification preferred
• 1-2 years NICU experience (Level II/III) preferred
• Vent/high-acuity neonate experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to NICU neonates per unit standards
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and document care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
