Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse for night shifts. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe patient care in a busy facility.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, education, and compassionate care across pediatric and general patient populations. You will work under nurse leadership in a governance-enabled environment, with opportunities for professional development and outcomes-focused care delivery.

Formación

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS/ACLS as required.
• Experience in high-acuity pediatric or critical care settings is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Monitor high-acuity pediatric patients with frequent assessments.
• Titrate vasoactive and sedation drips and manage ventilator care and devices.
• Lead bedside care and participate in interdisciplinary rounds and handoffs.
• Support performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
