Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year RN experience in a NICU or comparable setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level IV NICU and Neonatal Transport Team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure family-centered care.
• Coordinate care transitions and educate patients’ families.
• Maintain high standards of safety, documentation, and quality improvement.
• Adhere to hospital policies and participate in on-call and shift rotations.
• Demonstrate leadership and effective communication with staff.
