Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota seeks a dedicated RN to join the Level IV NICU and Neonatal Transport Team. You will deliver direct patient care, support families, and work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based neonatal outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, a BSN/ADN, BLS, and the ability to work a 60–72 hour schedule across days and nights, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state prior to start date.
• One year RN experience required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• BLS certification and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in the Level IV NICU.
• Coordinate patient and family education and transitions of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Adapt to variable shifts and acuity in a high‑risk neonatal unit.
