Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN, CCNE, NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide direct patient care for neonates in a Level IV NICU.
• Educate patients and families and manage transitions of care.
• Lead and mentor team members; participate in quality improvement and committees.
• Support staffing models and ensure readiness for shifts and on-call.
