Job summary

Johns Hopkins Children's Center in Baltimore is seeking an Advanced Respiratory Therapist to join the Pediatric Respiratory Care Department. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited associate degree program in Respiratory Care.
• Registration by the NBRC as an RRT.
• Maryland State License.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Interest or experience in neonatal/pediatric respiratory care or ECMO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat cardiopulmonary conditions using advanced therapies.
• Administer medical gas, humidity, aerosol, hyperinflation, and bronchial hygiene therapies.
• Manage invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
• Provide emergency care and collaborate with healthcare teams to implement tailored multidisciplinary care plans.
• Work across NICU, PICU, pediatric cardiac ICU, transport, and ECMO.
