Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NICU experience or strong neonatal critical care capability.

• Strong emergency response skills with NRP competency.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and education skills for family-centered care.
• Thorough documentation skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and manage ventilators and IV therapies.
• Respond to emergencies promptly using NRP skills.
• Educate and support families, incorporating patient and family needs into care.
• Document care accurately in the EHR.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and the broader care team.
