Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for Neonatal Intensive Care (FT Nights), 7pm–7am. You will join an interdisciplinary team providing individualized, high-quality, safe care to newborns and their families, guided by Wellstar's Practice Model and shared governance.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, continuous learning, mentorship, and collaboration with physicians, therapists, and support staff to improve outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or nursing diploma; bachelor’s preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license and BLS; neonatal resuscitation certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience.
