Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care (FT Nights) to join an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe patient care from 7pm to 7am.

You will practice under Wellstar's Shared Governance Model and Professional Practice Model, uphold standards of the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, and collaborate to support patient and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing with active Georgia RN license.
• BLS, NRP required or in-license prior to hire; RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate) with evidence-based practice.
• Provides patient-centered care respecting age, culture, and individual needs.
• Partners with patients and families, ensuring goals drive the care plan.
