Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in Georgia seeks an advanced practice provider to deliver clinical NICU care at the Arthur M. Blank Hospital, Emory Midtown, and Grady Memorial Hospital.

Responsibilities include 168 hours per month in the NICU, teaching fellows, residents, and students, and participating in grand rounds when possible. Ideal candidates maintain Georgia licensure, DEA registration, and appropriate facility privileges, with BLS or PALS certification and pediatrics board status.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited, four-year medical school.
• Graduate of an accredited, post-graduate residency program in Pediatrics.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Georgia.
• BLS or PALS certification required.
• Current DEA registration.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care within the NICU in accordance with the Professional Staff Bylaws and hospital policies.
• Participates in quality improvement and incorporates research findings into practice.
• Educates patients, families, and staff; mentors trainees.
• Educate and assist fellows, residents, and medical students with medical decision making.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation for patient care and reimbursement.
