Responsibilities include disease prevention, accurate documentation in the Epic EHR, and contributing to continuous performance improvement.

Qualificações

• Education: Doctor of Medicine and completion of residency.
• Board certification/eligibility (BC/BE) per medical staff bylaws.
• Physician license (MD or DO) and DEA registration.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver age- and specialty-appropriate medical care with assessment, evaluation, diagnosis and follow-up.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe, effective and patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and utilize the Epic EHR system.
• Participate in quality improvement and leadership activities within the department.
