Job summary
UW Health, based in Madison, Wisconsin, invites applications for a Clinical Nurse Specialist or Nurse Specialist to lead neonatal care in its nationally recognized Level IV NICU at American Family Children’s Hospital. Qualifications
- APRN with Wisconsin license and CNS certification.
- 3+ years NICU nursing experience; leadership preferred.
- Strong evidence-based practice and quality improvement focus.
Responsibilities
- Lead evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives within the Level IV NICU.
- Mentor nurses, advance nursing practice, implement new technologies, and provide consultation for complex neonates.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to advance neonatal care and nursing practice.
- Drive innovation in neonatal care and lead evidence-based practice changes across the NICU.
