Qualifications

• PGY2 Pediatrics residency is required.
• NICU-focused clinical experience is required.
• Texas pharmacist license or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical pharmacy services to critically ill neonates.
• Develop and monitor programs focused on patient safety, outcomes, and cost containment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff on medication management and drug utilization.
• Monitor therapies and perform utilization reviews for high-cost or high-risk meds.
• Educate and mentor students, residents, and staff; act as a clinical resource.
