Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider program.
• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina.
• Board certification if required; DEA.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain health history, perform physical exams, interpret tests and develop differential diagnoses.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with appropriate pharmacologic agents.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment, and follow-up.
• Provide leadership, precepting, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Document in medical records and ensure accurate billing.
