Job summary

Children’s Minnesota is seeking experienced Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers to join a collaborative NICU team serving Level III and Level IV units in St. Paul and Minneapolis. You will work with physicians, NNPs, PNPs and PAs to deliver comprehensive neonatal care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years NICU experience in a Level III setting preferred.
  • Successful completion of an accredited NICU program.
  • Board certified in specialty (or eligible).
  • NRP Certification required.
  • Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide neonatal care across Level III/IV NICUs in St. Paul and Minneapolis.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, NNPs, PNPs and PAs to deliver high-quality neonatal care.

The Department of Neonatology at Children’s Minnesota has been an established program for over 30+ years and inclusive of over 90+ NNP, PNP and PA’s.

The successful candidate will have expertise to provide neonatal care rotating in the Level III and Level IV NICUs in our St. Paul and Minneapolis Hospitals and partner neonatal programs at community sites (Level II-III) at Ridgeview Medical Center, St. Francis Regional Medical Center and Mercy Hospital (Level III-IV). With nearly 200 neonatal beds in our neonatal units, we care for over 3,000 babies every year, with an active neonatal transport program that provides both air and ground transport to over 500 babies annually. What We’re Looking For:

Experienced APP or we welcome new graduate students.


  • At least 2 years NICU experience in a LIII setting preferred
