RWJBarnabas Health is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to provide care for neonates and infants at Rutgers University Medical Group. In this role, the provider will work alongside a team to assess and manage patients, ensuring a continuum of healthcare focused on family-centered and culturally sensitive care.

The Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider provides health care to neonates, infants and children up to one year of age. The APP provides care for critically ill premature and full-term infants with an emphasis on family-centered culturally diverse sensitive care. In collaboration with the Neonatologist, the APP has daily responsibility for the assessment and management of patients in high and low acuity. The Advanced Practice Provider practices in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a continuum of primary, acute and or subspecialty healthcare to their patients. They enhance the quality of care through education and clinical practice utilizing advanced practice, knowledge and research.
Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year. This reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
