H&M Transport is seeking dedicated NEMT Wheelchair Van Drivers in the Virginia/Washington, DC metro area to safely transport patients to medical appointments and hospital discharges. A clean background and driving record, plus being at least 23, are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Clean background and driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients and assist them in and out of the vehicle.
• Ensure wheelchairs and passengers are properly secured before driving.
• Provide courteous, professional support to clients and caregivers during trips.
• Keep vehicles clean inside and out (car washing membership provided).
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections using company software.
• Follow all company safety protocols and policies.
• Stay connected with dispatch and adapt to changing schedules.
• Represent the company with a positive, helpful attitude at all times.
