Formación

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of claims processing practices (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Assist NEMT providers and recipients with travel claims and billing for payment.
• Respond to emails and calls to identify and resolve issues with submitted claims.
• Process and bill claims for payment with attention to accuracy.
