RCB Wapato Shores Accessible Transportation is seeking reliable, compassionate full-time drivers for the greater Portland Metro area to provide safe, dignified non-emergency transportation for older adults and people with disabilities.

This role offers a four-day workweek (10-hour shifts), no CDL required, starting pay of $21.48 per hour with opportunity for overtime, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance and a 403(b) retirement plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license with clean record within past five years.
• Five years of driving experience as recorded by the DMV.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to medical appointments and errands.
• Follow trip schedules and directions from Supervisor/Dispatcher.
• Assist passengers with boarding, loading, and securing mobility devices.
• Ensure comfort, safety and dignity during trips.
• Provide friendly, professional service at all times.
• Observe traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and check fuel levels.
• Protect customer confidentiality.
